This special edition of Kazuko: Sixth Grade in World War II Hiroshima commemorates the 80th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. It features a new cover by Leonarda Boughton. Ms. Boughton created a mosaic to commemorate the atomic bombing’s 80th anniversary, and she has designed the new cover based on the mosaic. The mosaic will be on display at the Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art from October 2 through December 27, 2025. We are honored that she has designed a cover for Kazuko based on her mosaic.
